2019/20 SEASON TICKETS, HALF-SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS AND GAME PACKS
Season ticket payments for the 2019/20 season were reimbursed via an online procedure on the rimborsi.acmilan.com portal from 10 August to 14 September.
Through the online procedure, two reimbursement options were available: a refund voucher or a monetary refund. The Club’s aim was to guarantee the utmost flexibility for fans.
There were multiple benefits for those who selected the voucher option:
For those who chose a monetary refund, the amount was to be transferred to the account indicated during the online procedure within 60 days of the request.
2019/20 home matches considered as “unattended” were those that were scheduled to take place between 8 March 2020 and 24 May 2020 (excluding AC Milan v Genoa) and which were suspended due to Legislative Decree no. 6 dated 23 February 2020 as amended and supplemented. More specifically:
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS: AC MILAN V ROMA AND AC MILAN V JUVENTUS
AC Milan decided – as an exceptional derogation from the applicable regulations and contractual conditions in place – to reimburse the cost of individual tickets purchased and paid for by fans through the relevant official channels for AC Milan v Roma and for AC Milan v Juventus, both of which were played behind closed doors.
From 6 July to 14 September, the online refund request procedure was active on the rimborsi.acmilan.com portal. This was dedicated to those that had purchased tickets from Casa Milan, Banco BPM branches and Vivaticket sales points.
As regards tickets that had been bought online, these were refunded at the end of July with automatic re-credit to the relevant credit card equal to the cost of the ticket purchased. The time it took for the money to be reimbursed was dependent on the processing time of the individual’s bank.
AC MILAN V GENOA REIMBURSEMENTS
As regards AC Milan v Genoa, the refund process for tickets, season tickets, half-season subscriptions and game packs was managed via an ad hoc procedure through an online portal. Refunds have been processed and any requests made now will not be accepted.
